DPF delete HELP

Hey I just traded my 2004 for a 2008 and want some advice on pulling this dpf. What systems have people been using that work well and don't throw codes? Also how about warranty work after the fact anyone run into problems at their dealers? What programers work the best for this upgrade? let me know whats worked for you.
Thanks
Bob

I would check into MBRP systems

Unless your dealership specifically puts it in writing that they don't care you're removing that stuff.....don't count on warranty work. You are removing emissions stuff.

As for codes, you will either need someone to tune, or buy a tuner that will shut off regen among other stuff. If not.....codes will be thrown. I think PPE and EFI live does what you need.

A turbo back exhaust for a 07 classic will work for the exhaust part, and then your choices for a tuner would be PPE race, quadzilla stealth 2, or EFI live.

What you will need is a full exhaust system and a programmer (PPE, Qaud, or EFI) to keep the codes from popping up and to disable regen. We have several different packages depending on what type of exhaust (4", 5", duals) you want and which programmer. You can see the basic pricing in my sig below. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.

Thanks for the info. What are the advantages of each of the programers. I am familiar with the Hyper tech, Edge, and Banks but not the others listed.
I am not looking for sick hp just better fuel economy and a little more get up and go. My '04 was programed and it woke it up big time. Can't go with out it.

Bob- There are other tuners on the market, but the ones listed have the "NO DPF" capability. For your application, I suggest the Quadzilla Stealth II. It has several power settings ranging from stock up to 135hp. You will most likely spend most of your time in the Economy or 50 hp setting.
