I just bought my transgo jr. for $65 as well. I have bought everything else from our vendors on this site but for $65 I could'nt pass it up.

Come on now, No one likes a snitch. The USA is based on a free market. I would have perferred to deal with a vendor on this site but not at nearly 2x the cost. I only posted that for buyers on a budget not to get vendors ticked off.
I googled Allison Transgo Jr. & found prices ranging from $58-145. I was amazed at the spread but the P/N was the same. Several Transmission shops/suppliers had it list it between $65-85.

They were for sale on Ebay for the same amount + free shipping when I got mine.

TG Jr. kit is definately worth it for firmer shifts alone...best single add-on I've done up to date.

Keep in mind, that most of us will do what it takes to keep a customer happy.

Its always nice to have a real person that has installed the kit on the other end of the phone too.....

Anyway, the JR kits are great. Everyone with a 6SPD needs one..

I don't trust e-bay for a part like this. I never thought to ask for vendors to price match.

I did the cheap ebay+free shipping. Transgo gives you a number to call for tech help; I called and they answered promptly and knew exactly what to tell me when I hit a step that made me unsure. So it's unfair to say that if you buy from somewhere unknown that you are left in the dark.

I support vendors here, but also agree that there's a certain price point where you find it worthwhile to sway. If the vendors want to ask why not haggle us, then don't blame us... lower your price on the site advertisements to something close and we'll buy from you instead. I would have spent an extra couple bucks to keep my cash in the "family".
