Ok here's what you need to do. Get your truck as far away from that shop as possible, and have them agree to pay for whatever it costs to get it running again, or something of that sort. Then you need to find out EXACTLY what they did to it for parts. Injectors aren't rated by hp, they're rated by % over stock, so find the %. Find out what the turbo actually is that they put on. A "stage 2" turbo doesn't exist. You probably paid for nothing with the transfer case. They're strong as hell from the factory.
getting it running shouldn't be hard. Just something electrical somewhere I'm sure.
Once it runs, get rid of all the edge stuff, and find a good EFI tuner on here. Stacking is just going to blow up your motor... very very quickly. We do EFI tuning along with several others on here. Any will be better than what you had from the sounds of it.
How old are you?
How much have you dropped in your truck to let it just sit at the shop for 5 months?
Who is doing all the work on it?
I'm sure someone on here from TX can recommend a better shop... I know of a few around Dallas that know what they are doing.
I think you might want to check into taking it somewhere else.

My Garrett is called a Stage II, or there are other options Danville makes a Stage II also. And Dynomite rates there injectors LPM and not %.
I would still take all the edge stuff off and then try it to see if it will run. Then you will know kindof where to go from there
