I have a 08 d-max, that i just sunk a lot of money into, and i am picking it up from the shop on friday, but it is being trailer cause they cant figure out why it wont crank up and run, i brought it in there cause i spun the bearings on the crank, so they replaced all that and at the same time i had them install the airdog fuel system, high flow manifolds i have the 5 in. turbo back straight pipe exhaust, XDI cold air intake, a suncoast 2500 stall torque converter, shift kit, bigger valve body, bigger input and output shafts, heavy duty clutches and bands in the tranny, and i have the T-case beefed up, and 105 horsepower injectors, and the edge evo race stacked with the edge juice with A2. now we have had the TEC 2 computer hooked up to it, and have done every possible test we can do on the truck to try and figure it out, but for some reason the injectors just wont spray fuel, now heres my question, does anyone have a clue to what might be causing this, i think it is something electrical, or a sensor might be bad. can anyone help me out, my truck has been sitting in that shop for 5 months.
Take all the edge stuff off and go from there...Edge juice is nothing but problems for alot of duramax owners

as far as the t-case i would have to ask the guy again, i think it has something to do with the chain or what not, the injectors are from dynamite diesel up in washington, and what they are is stock injectors honed out from the stock 30mm to what they are now a 60mm. as far as the edge goes, man i had the EFI LIVE on there and its the whole reason my truck went into the shop. so i figured i would stack the edges this time, and i forgot to add that i have the stage 2 turbo, with the banks inner cooler on there also, sitting with a leveling kit on 20's and 33's. and hey how do you like them copper stt's cause i just bought some to put on my truck if i could ever get it back on the road again.
not to be a dick but looks like you need to read a little here before you go on a spending spree that hasnt even landed you a 12 second pass for the past 5 months.
stage 2 turbo? As in?
Stacking is old school. cummins need it to make power, dmax only needs efilive. if i were you, id sell both the edge's and find a great tuner to tune your truck with the injectors. Who did your tuning? sounds like you need to find someone else.
you are in built motor territory right now. do you have a twin cp3?
im on stock intercooler, injectors, turbo, and cp3 and have made a 12.6 pass.
Ive rode in a edge tuned with 60hp sticks and it was embarrasing to say the least.

cp3's thats the volume pump or lift pump or whatever right, man i dont know much bout this diesel, stuff this is my first diesel, i just told the guy what i wanted to run and he said i need this and this and this etc.

the cp3 is the high pressure fuel pump in the valley of the motor in the front.
lift pump is near the tank and it is low pressure.
you got raped twice.
