I have my edge race installed now and my ppe is back in its plastic case in the toolbox until I decide which I want to keep.. seems to me so far that the ppe will be for sale very soon!
I am getting a stage 5 suncoast installed this weekend but was wondering if there was anything else I needed to do so I don't overstress any other part of my drivetrain. It shouldn't see the high levels very often, but when it does I want it to hold together. I have heard the injectors and the turbo should be good for 500-600 RWHP but I'm not sure. If all goes well, my truck should see the dyno this weekend after the tranny install. Time to see what the evo race is all about!!

Keep me updated. I have ran my Edge Lvl 4 @ the track and knocked out a 13.42. I am really impressed with the tuner. I have been running Edge since July with no probs.

My top tune at level 7 is 165, but at level 4 with the stock tranny I can break the tires loose at a 20 mph roll before the trans slip so I am afraid to go any higher until the suncoast arrives

I'm not getting anything close to that with mine.. I know its probably not all that accurate but on level 7 on mine it said it ran a 14.60 which I was not very happy about..
mine barely barks the tires unless I spool it up before I launch but nothing at all when moving just gets up and goes.. I do think it is faster than my PPE but not alot..
I've also got 325/55R20 Toyo Proxes on there and the traction is ridiculous compared to my old Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ's just don't look as good :-(
On level 4, my unboosted 2wd 0-60 is 5.9. I haven't tried the 1/4 yet. On my truck, the sweet spot on any tune with the evo race is 2200-2400 rpm. To break the tires loose at a 20 mph roll, start off slow until you reach about 15-20 then put enough pressure on your brakes to get your rpms in range, let off the brake and punch it. Sounds worse than it really is. Let me know what you come up with

i like the Evo Race tuning, runs great and it doesnt drain the fuel rail like the big PPE tunes do! you realy need a lift pump for it to run at its full potential!

I do feel like its a fuel issue more than my trans not holding the power.. when I've got my foot in it and it gets up in the rpm's where it is about to shift it will gain 200-300rpm's without gaining speed and before shifting then it is good again until it is about to shift again.. I'm getting it serviced Friday and I'll be anxious to see how it acts with the trans serviced and new fuel filter..
I've heard mixed reviews about intakes a friend told me I'm wasting my money just put a K&N in my stock box.. any truth?
