why would there be fuel in your exhaust?
Smoke comes from one place typically, incomplete cylinder combustion. This happens more with "some" tuners because the fuel is added without judicious limiting. That is, fuel is added, and the smoke reduces once the boost comes up to an "equivalent" level to oxidize it.
I am refining the LMM right now, and I can say that it is just another example of unrefined tuning.
You may have a different problem, but not likely. You will probably come to the conclusion that you will have to live with it. When you remove emissions equipment, you should expect to get emissions.
