Yeah Ill probably just drill into the tank since thats the way everybody has told me to do it. Do I need to worry about any of the shavings though?

I cant see why you would drill the tank for the ADII, you would have to buy extra parts.. It doesnt include a draw straw, only fittings to tap into the factory lines. But if your so insistant on drilling the tank, when you drill take out the whole setup thats bolted into the tank, then stuff a plastic cup in there and have someone hold it underneath where your going to drill the hole, tight to the top of the tank, that way it'll catch any shavings.
I took it as : to get full flow (165 GPH) you need to drill more holes in the basket, aka, sump, pick-up. Not the Draw Straw fitting type of the AD 150. Correct me if I'm wrong.

If somebody wouldn't mind, can somebody break it down to me like the majority of the process bc im lost when yall start talkin about a basket or draw straw and what not.

NO! the AD II does not require removing the tank or bed (which I think is easier, as well)
You should be asking these kind of questions the the guy taking your CC number....
Jess is right you don't have to do the tank thing it will run great without doing it.
