I tried to drive conservatively...several times I forgot and had a few romp on the freeways and byways.

285 miles from 15 gallons = 19 mpg city/hwy combined

Not bad 'cause at times I was hittin' some scary speed!!!

I have a 2008 crew cab GMC Sierra with a 8 foot bed. Best mileage I have see is 21 mpg on fairly flat hightway at 65 mph. Must have had a tailwind because I have never seen it again. I live in a rural area (not alot of stop/start) and I seem to get about 17 MPG all around.
