This is why you need Tie Rod Sleeves

This is a new 08 GMC at the TS Outlaw race yesterday. He had a great looking truck, and a nice looking lift but forgot to add the tie rod sleeves or HD tie rods. He just about hit the wall before he stopped.

I will post some more pics and some videos of the race and Pulls after i get some sleep.

I have not done anything with my tie rods yet either! What is the best sleeve? Where do you get them? Or should I bite the bullet and purchase the HD tie rods? If so, where to get and cost?

I just put sleeves on my tie rods. Pretty much all of the ones made are good. Check with some site vendors they should have them.

guys you have to remeber under stock conditions the stock front is plenty but once you do aftermarket stuff you will have to upgrade.

I have them on my website under suspension. Come with instructions and no need for the truck getting re-aligned. I have a limited # in stock, but more are being machined.

Big fan of the Fabtech tie rods. 1.) They look alot better than "sleeves". 2.) I've installed atleast 30+ sets and have not had 1 come back with any play in them.
