BD PMT install - need help

I purchased a Bully Dog PMT which UPS delivered today. The install on the LMM was a breeze except for the Install download. I ran the wires for the PMT. I upgraded the SD card to the latest software version for the PMT and uploaded to the PMT so it would recognize a LMM. The PMT verified that the correct truck had been selected. Next I selected the Install Download to the truck, to flash the new tune. I am now stuck at this point. Every time I try to install a download the PMT device will run through its flash routine then pop an error code 334. I am stuck at this point.

call who you purchased through and they can prob walk you through, or call Bullydog and ask for Bud Kuntz, i believe thats his last name he is on the cummins forum, super nice guy and knows hbis sh*t.
