I need some help! My boss bought a new 4500 crew cab and we have custom built a trick flatbed for it and he has got a slide in camper on it. It is all tricked out. I will try and get some pics.
We have a couple things we need to do to it.
1. SHOCKS! Where, what brand of aftermarket shock can we put on this thing for hauling loads? The OE units are junk and are not handling the weight.
2. Engine Performance? Looking for a mild HP increase. Use a Tuner? What kind? It has the DPF on it also. I don't think he want to pull the DPF for warranty
I am not familiar with the D-Max at all so some help would be appreciated.
talk to either myerperformance or 4x4fantasy they have packages for the dpf removle and a tuner to help with codes
start at around $850 or so
blistein shocks? i dont know much bout suspension and such
what brand camper does he have?

Just to follow up I found new front progressive rate spring packs from Deaver springs and some 10" 2.5" piggyback King shocks for the truck today, they are on their way up here now. This should ride alot better.
Now on to performance mods......
