I don't know of anyone who can help with the exhaust and Egr, but you can install the programmer yourself. I would try to go to a muffler shop for the rest. If you are confident and have some simple hand tools you can do it all yourself. BTW I have relatives in the Carrolton area. D/FW is nice but too many people for me.
