| I agree Tyler. Any modification will void your warrenty be it deleteing the DPF, a lift kit, or any tunner you put on the truck. The key is was it a defective factory part or the part you added that cause the failure. Good luck with that battle. It goes back to that saying "You play, you pay." Here's a situation my uncle was in. He bought a 04 3500hd dually bone stock duramax for work. Had it serviced and spent nearly 3k on repairs. After he left it was blowing alot of smoke. Didn't have time to bring it back for a few days. Couple weeks later he got a letter in the mail from are local air pollution control board siting him for the smoke from his truck. I couldn't believe it my self but apperently somebody reported him. I can't believe that someone would actually take the time to do that. You can't stop everyone.......
