Edge Insight

Just wondering if somebody can answer my quesion. Can I put an edge insight controller in my truck without voiding the warrant if I leave it at the stock horsepower? I just want it so I can monitor everything and to erase codes with. thanks..

The CTS Insight won't void your warranty, all it does is read data.

The insight doesn't change the power level of a truck (unless it's a LB7/LLY with EFI tuning), so it should not have any effect on warranty.

Insight is not a 'controller' it is a 'monitor', so no problems with warranty.

^All correct. I've had mine in for warranty repair with my Insight CTS installed and the dealer never said a word.

Question, With the Insight can you add on the EGT prob and turbo timer, or do you need the tuner aswell?

If reading the EGT in 4 locations isn't enough for you, you can add the probe. I'm not sure about the turbo timer.
