I just notice there's engine oil leaked to the valley of my LML. My truck is fully deleted w/ CP3. Any thought?
In the valley - the valley under those fuel lines between CP3 and turbo at the bottom of the "V".
How bad is the leak? Valve covers usually don't leak enough to puddle, but just enough to catch dust and get nasty. Lower valve cover gasket sits between the head and the valve cover, then there's another one on top between the lower valve cover and upper valve cover...
Looks like it's not turbo oil drain leak because it only puddles under Y bridge. No oil on the back part of the engine. I am more towards it's diesel now. Leaking from the bottom of CP3? All the fuel lines are tight and dry.
Gonna be hard to tell without taking things apart to look closer. I had a small leak from one of the lines in the valley after the conversion. Could be from the back of the cp3 as well...
I am going to wash it off and check again. If it still leaks, it would be from the lines, if only leaks in cold weather, it got to be from CP3 itself. Am I right?
