| the 6.5L Turbo Diesel is a engine that was designed and built by Detroit Diesel and the 6.2L was built by GM,my dad had a 97 6.5L TD and never had any trouble other then the fuel and injection pump went out of it 2k miles before the warranty went off of it witch is at 120k miles..
