| Geez no wonder he is confused I was confused reading the frickin' thing...
If you intend on going beyond the 90hp tune you will want to follow one of these options
Here is what you do... If you are mechanically inclined order a Suncoast Stage III kit which will support up to 500hp to the wheels or a Stage IV kit which will support 500+hp for a 2005 LLY Duramax in either one of the kits comes the necessary clutch packs, and a Transgo kit to increase the pressure in the transmission itself and is fitted specifically for your application, you will also want to discuss what your intentions are with your truck with whoever you order it from. They will help you pick out the proper converter. I would suggest a 1056, or 1058 but they will tell you. Also you will want an Allison Transmission service manual then once you have these you will be able to attempt to install it yourself the directions are pretty easy to follow. If you do not feel up to working on the transmission contact a diesel performance shop and have them do the transmission for you. I am not sure which side of ohio your on but if your not all that far from Indiana I would check out Fleece Performance, Danville Performance which are close to Indy, and or Dave's Diesel which is in Muncie, IN
