Shop hrs to replace fuel filter housing

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this but i was trying to find out how many hrs a dealer should charge to replace a fuel filter housing. My dealer just charged me 4.2 hrs ($432). To diagnose and change the fuel filter housing... They were already pretty sure that is what is was when i brought it in.. Seems a little excessive.

That "diagnostic fee" kills you everytime.......... Paid over a thousand for the wife's PT to get the A/C recharged.......... By the time they were done with me it was motor mount, A/C hose, diag fees and labor......... I do hear PT's are hard on motor mounts and the wife's right foot is heavy......

Needless to say I just changed the spark plugs myself! (That can be a chore too in a PT).....
