Reverse Lights are not Working

Hey guys,
My reverse lights on my truck have never worked. The fuse is good, the bulbs are good, ground looks good, wires look good but no juice to them. What next????

let me add, they have not worked since I bought the truck in 2006.

does the "R" in P R N D 3 2 1 light up when you are in reverse?

Id crawl under the truck and make sure there is nothing unplugged or loose. On my old truck there was a wire that controled the reverse lights. It came unpluged and they quit working

As I asked about in another posts. The whole gear selection will go out sometimes. Maybe it is just one problem not two.
