help plz

i am looking to trade in my 04 silverado ss for a dark green 2001 CCRB duramax. it has 100k miles on it body has very little scratches, interior look really nice 2x4 it will come with a 3 year unlimited mile full warrenty for $12,000. when it was traded in it was fine sat on the lot for about 2-3 week and now wont go over 30 mph they are bringing it to a diesel shop to get it fixed price will stay the same. does it sound like a good buy? i plan on finding a duramax if i get this one or not. whats better to do first chip, intake, or exhaust?

thanks for help!

12,000 sounds alittle high to me for a 2001 2x4. I could be wrong but dont think so. IF you get one go with chip and exhaust first.

find out exactly what the warranty covers! Read all the fine print. Edge has had a lot of problems with stalling and not letting the truck restart. Also one thing to think...aftermarket warranties are even bigger sticklers for having aftermarket stuff on the vehicles.
