battery acid leak

My battery has been leaking on the right side,actually it was leaking from the previous owner anyway I got a new battery and getting a battery tray,what can I use to clean up all the rust and stains that are left behind,it is so bad that when it rains it leaves stains on the driveway!!!

Ya can you take a pic? Maybe some battery terminal cleaner. Then if it went through the paint touch it up with spray paint.

wire wheel on parts that aren't visible. Rustoleoum primer/sealer.

it has ran down the inner fender,on the suspension,on the firewall !!
