01 2500HD in cab air filter

Does anyone know how to change these in cab air filters I've never done one but I have the filter and would like to change the thing the truck is an 01 2500HD Silverado Ext Cab 4X4

IIRC theres directions on the back of the filter box. Theres a small 2x8 or so plastic cover held on my a few screws on the passenger side floor board. Remove the screws and cover then the filter should drop out the reinstall. I think one of the back screws are a pain to get to. I never put that one back in

^^^^agree with Towmaster- that's exactly it. If you choose to put the PIA screw in have plenty of patience and beer.......... (I opted to leave it out also when I did my old truck).
