How to Lubricate Power Windows ??

My 2001 CCLB Duramax's power windows barely go up, and I am wondering if there is a way to service them so they work better?

Any ideas?

You can try to lubricate the window runs using some spray silicone I've done that, but other than that the window motor might be on its way out.

It may be time for a new window regulator. If you can hear any kind of grinding noise it's probably the cables coming unraveled. I think a new regulator is less than 100 bucks and is easy to install. It may even come with a new motor, I can't remember.

Mine still works, but my drivers window goes real slow most of the time.

Are there any gears I could oil?
