engine run time

anybody figure out how to encrease engine run time with the GM command start.

Hmm what kind of engine run time is that? Never heard of it.

I think i read someplace that it couldn't be changed.

I adjusted mine by installing an aftermarket remote starter and no have the run time set for 35 minutes. Also had them set the cold start feature for -15C. Ditched the stock remote starter.

I read in the manual that you can extend the run time to 20 minutes. Start it with the remote like normal, then do the same process again and it will extend the time for 10 minutes. You can only do this once though. Don't believe me, look it up in your manual. Hope this helps.

I forgot to mention that with the aftermarket remote starter, my heater always works and with the stock remote starter the fan wouldn't come on until I put the key in the ignition. I can also turn on my heated seats with the remote starter....
