| LMM air intake I just got my new LMM truck and Iam looking for an afe intake but Iam not sure what the difference between stage one and two is. I have dual cat back and I am looking at a ppe chip. Can any one help.
__________________ On order 2008 crew cab loaded minus the sunroof Heads rubbing the roof .Which sucks. Just sold 2007 crew cab. 2003 extended cab with edge chip, Awsome truck. Before the duramax I was a cummins guy thank god for the duramax. |

| Cai the stage I is the air box and filter only. THe stage II also includes the duct work from the airbox to the intake.

| all the guys that i talked to that did the stage 2 didn't think it was worth the extra $$ for the stage 2 versus the stage 1.just thought i would throw that out.

| If you do some research i've seen data showing that the factory airbox and filter flow and out performs several after market air boxes |

| I have the stage II, the only reason I bought it was to enhance the turbo whine more then performance. I have to admit it only made a little difference but I THINK I am seeing a little better MPG as a result. I am at 14.2.. |
