take it in soon, I had the same problem on my 08 2500 and the dealership kept saying it was my toolbox and i said they were full of s***, so i took it out of my truck and it still made the noise and i could feel it in my feet. and then they "said" they fixed it by simming the body bolts. 6 months later the noise was still there and they had to replace my 4 of my 6 body mounts on the bottom of the cab floor because they were bored out so bad. My cabwas shift on the frame.

I had the same noise which ended up being addressed by a TSB. The 4 bolts on the crossmember under the motor need to be removed, insert washers, then reinstall. Not sure why it works, but it does. If I can find the TSB number I'll post it.
Originally the sound seemed to come from the front end but it really was the crossmember. The nice thing is that the fix was quite painless.

Well.. Just heard back from the dealership and they said the problem is all fixed! It was the bolts in the crossmember!
I guess they put a coating of paint or something on the crossmember and it prevents the bolts from tightening all the way. This is what causes that biding noise. Thanks Face and everyone else for their input!

My 07 has been doing since day 1. been to stealership 4 times and they tell me nothing wrong even though I have told them about the TSB's on the crossmember and the steering shaft.

I took my truck to Puente Hills, CA Chevrolet and they told me nothing was wrong. I drove it around for another 3 months and got sick of the problem. Then I took it to Glendora, CA Chevrolet and they fix the problem in less then 3 hrs. Some times these dealerships have very lazy people! When I got my truck from the first dealership my radio station was changed and the volume was turned up. This just goes to show you that they prob test drove it and had the radio on the entire time. Dumbasses were prob in my truck.
Take it to a different dealership! That's what I did. Call and speak to the svc manager and make him ride in the car and replicate the problem and make them acknowledge the problem b4 you leave it!
