If it is an 07.5, which it looks that way by the pic, then you should have 5 or so buttons on the left of the dash. One looks like a road, the other a box with some lines, one is a check mark, forget the other one. The top bottom allows you to scroll through MPG, total miles, trip meter, gallons used, the second gives you tire pressure and some other stuff....

I have an LMM c/c swb 2wd. I pull an enclosed 24' trailer with ~9,000# and am getting high 12's to a new high of 13.3 MPG. A little hint would be SLOW DOWN. I am doing at the most 62, i see a HUGE difference from 60 up to 65. Those extra 5 miles you would drive in an hour is not going to make huge difference in your timing, but will save u a few bucks.
I agree that a reduced speed will net you more mpg. I avg between 10-11 mpg pulling my 24ft enclosed trailer vs your 12-13 and I run at roughly the same speed, but I think the fact that your truck is 2wd may be where the mpg difference lies. I get around 18 mpg unloaded and the truck only has 3000 miles.

Cronk,, you will see better mileage as you put more miles on it, it took until around 60,000 for me
