im not sure on the difference if you just switch regular bulbs like a halogen high beam in there but HID bulbs are all the same (besides color) so its just the fitment you need to worry about...10 sec's on a bench grinder and your good to go..

for anything thinking about giving it a try 9005 are easier to find them 9145 as well...


but this all goes for obs trucks

I use mine all the time and it really lights up the sides of the road alot better than before and they stretch out a lot farther too. I think it is from not having reflector paint on the tips is not there like the fog bulbs had.

Remarkably, I have not been blasted by anyone thinking I had high beams on.

oh throw some 3000k hids on there....they'll start beaming you. ask me how i know

other drivers hate me

Is it true that you loose the day time driving lights or is that another kit you have to buy?

na you may just need a relay harness so the hid's get full power...im not sure on lmm's...old body style doesnt need them though
