2009 dually tires

my boss has a 2009 dually with aprox 5-6000 lbs in his space cap at all times needs a larger tire that wont rub with the wieght stock is 225 75 17 i believe. whats the largest tire he can go without having any issues. thanks guys

I am running 235/80s on mine. They fill out the wheel well and still clear everything.

Thanks man. I certainly like it...LOL
The 235 is about 1-1/2 inches taller than the stockers so it will throw off the odometer. I could not get the local dealer to change the speedo either. The Quad tuner took care of it though.

245/75 is the biggest you can go without spacers and you will have about an inch between the rears that is what i have on mine and it makes them look a lot better

Do I understand correctly, The LT235-80R17 doesn't require a spacer on the rear of a dually? That would be great if It's true. thanks in advance.

Does anyone know if 285/70r17 will fit on the rear dual wheels with out a spacer?
