Cold Weather Bra

Does anybody on here use the GM cold weather bra?

At what temprature do you put it on and take it off?

I only use the grille cover. I put it on when it is staying below 30F during the day. I usually put it on in october and take it off in april in alaska though. I have not used the bumper cover since it traps dirt under it and then scratches my bumper.

Cold weather bra

I use mine alot now in Montana. I would recomend using it if the temp is below 35 or so. Especially if there is a chance of snow or moisture. It helps prevent water and debris from getting in the air intake and contaminating the MAF sensor. This will shut you down to Low Power Mode until it is cleaned! Happens quite often up here with the new body style.

i was using mine Denver. I use mine with is gets below 35 also and take it off when it's above 50 because the tranny gets a little to hot. on my truck the temp gauge would not get over the 180 mark until i was almost to work 30 miles away and with the grill covered it would be at temp (just under 210) within 8 miles of leaving the house.
