Vibration after Cranking TBars?

I cranked up my Torsions on my 08 GMC 2500 and afterwards I got a harmonic vibration out of the frontend. I've slowly lowered it back down to try and find a "happy medium" currently I have it 4 turns over stock and you can feel the vibration slightly when driving through the wheel and pedal but the passengers cannot feel it. Are other people experiencing the same vibration after cranking? Are you just living with it or is there a way to make it go away? I figure it's the CV shafts binding in the front but not sure....

Thanks,

Nothing here. As a matter of fact the bolt to the torsion bar on the driver side is as tight as it can go. I would have went more but ran out of thread on the bolt. My truck almost sits perfectly level and the CV shafts don't seem to be in any bind (I hope).

Do you have the stock Torsion Keys/cogs?

If aftermarket cogs that are clocked for preloading earlier on the torsion bar you could be Toping out your shocks and causing your CV's to be at such an extreme angle that they're causing the harmonics.

If the stock ones you could still be running into the CV's being at too much of an angle or the shock topout.

When you crank the torsion bars even halph a turn you start changing the geometry in the front end. Duramarks is right your alignment and camber are out and you have to get a alignment. Or your front tires will only last 5,000 miles and you will get horible vibrations like your getting. Also wthout a alignment its bad on the front end parts. Ball joints, tie rod ends etc. Right now your basically dragging the tires sideways down the street.
