Tire Sensors and New Wheel Questions

Few questions here. My truck is a 2007 GMC 2500 HD new style 2 wheel drive truck.

-Looking to buy a used set of 17" Walker Evans wheels with 35" tires.. What can I do to reuse the tire sensor's. Will I be able to put them on the new rim or what can I do.

-What have people found is the best size tire to put on a 17" rim that will clear in the front with only minor trimming. I have adjusted the torsion bars, and achieved 2" in the front making the truck now level. I'm thinking it might rub on full lock of the steering wheel which wont be to bad because U don't do that every time.

-By installing a billet grill, will it overheat the truck while pulling my toybox trailer. Iv heard that sometimes it does. What is the best Billet grill to put on my truck.

Thanks for any answers, your input helps me so much..

Depending on wheel offset the biggest tire you can fit under the truck with no mods is about 31" diameter.
I have 32" tires on custom wheels. I had to beat back the inside rear of my fenders for clearance. I run 285-75-16 on my stock wheels. same issue if I had not beat back the fenders. The wheel sensors will not do you any good unless the tires are E load range. the D load range have lower tire pressure.
