Hello everyone. So I'm new to the forums and tried doing as much research as I could before I ask something. My 2012 3500 Denali got backed into last weekend. I need to replace the lower chrome grill part. Does the 1500 Denali lower grill fit the same as a 3500 Denali lower grill? I can find 1500 ones for $112.00 while the lowest 3500 one is $180.00. So just wondering if they are the same or what is the big difference between the two. If this is a silly question I'm very sorry.
First off, welcome to DF. I decided to join a couple months ago as I'd found there is a ton of information here. Someone on here may know for sure as I unfortunately do not. IMO, the safest way to figure out would be to ask your dealer. Find a VIN for a 2007-2013 1500 Denali and have them check if it's a different part # than what yours shows. I do this all the time as I've found this to be the fastest and most accurate as I've got burned asking a similar question few years back in another forum. Post up a pic of your truck too, let us all see your DMAX.
Perfect I will do that. I will load some pictures after I fix the front end. Still little mad because it was a hit and run when I was inside the store.
So if anyone wanted to know the Front Lower Grill on these are different between 1500 and 2500HD/3500HD. They are different part numbers from the factory and say that the 1500 will not fit the HD models.
