| 2012 LML DPF Delete If I delete the DPF will the soot be visible and let the cat out of the bag? |

| The cat will be out of the bag because the computer will register it. My concern would be the DPF plugging up with soot.

| Yes the soot will be visible, and yes the warranty will be done because the delete will require programming changes.

| If you are gonna void the warranty with the tune....why not delete the DPF and urea?

| Afraid I'll wind up in the CrowBar Hotel, or at the very least get a hefty fine. I'd like to ditch the DPF because it dips to -45 up here in winter and with DEF being 75% water ( and 8 bucks a gallon) I'm worried about freeze ups. Probably get better mileage without the DPF too. |

| Yeah, if your going in, might as well go all in. Delete the dpf and def, and get a good aftermarket exhaust. If you don't, you'll choke out the motor because the dpf will get clogged, without any regens.

| Delete if you like, but the system is supposed to be able to deal with artic conditions. Perhaps some using LML's in the far north will chime in.
