My check engine light came on too, but it went off after a couple trips to work.

Clear the code and see if it returns. Could have been from the filter replacement and drop in pressure(air) when first running it.

reset fuel filter %

Just replaced mine, didn't have any codes. I know the routine for resetting the engine oil percentage, how do you reset the fuel filter percentage on the DIC?

Did you ever find a solution to your p0191 problem? Or I guess I should ask did it ever come back?
