| You would think it would be considered part of the power train since the truck won't run without it working correctly, but I am not sure.

| i think it's part of the powertrain, i have a 6 year 100,000 mile bumper/bumper warranty so i'm just about positive it's covered under that.

| Its part of the emissions warranty. The DPF is covered for 5 years or 50,000. (Whichever comes 1st.)
