best lml tranny fluid

I am fixing to change the tranny fluid for the first time in this truck and i am wondering what the best tranny fluid to go back with is. I know this thread has been done before but i was wondering if there was any new insight into the fluids or any new experiences.

Transyd or Mobil Delvac 1 ATF if you can find it. They are the exact same thing. Mobil is usually easier to find.

i work at an allison dealer/ detroit diesel mechanic shop, i asked my boss the same question for my truck, ams oil torque drive. or casterol transynd, he laughed at me and showed me the a bottle of transynd and pointed to the allison logo on the sticker and walked away... so i guess i vote for transynd
