best lml tranny fluid

I am fixing to change the tranny fluid for the first time in this truck and i am wondering what the best tranny fluid to go back with is. I know this thread has been done before but i was wondering if there was any new insight into the fluids or any new experiences.

Transyd or Mobil Delvac 1 ATF if you can find it. They are the exact same thing. Mobil is usually easier to find.
