p204f code

What exactly is this? All I can find is p204 which says injector #4. Currently at 106k I'd really hate to think I need injectors already. Couldn't be a worse possible time.
2011 lml still stock
Thanks

Double check that as I believe warranty on injectors is longer than that

Do you have a extended Warrenty?
I have a extended 3 year Warrenty on my car just in case i needed it.
Always seems something aways comes up after the original warrenty is over.

After searching around, it looks like P204F indicates a problem with the DEF system. Time to delete.

I hope its DEF / DPF related, I have a black max race tuner i've been waiting to pull the trigger on the delete. Will it be ok like this for a little while besides clearing the code every time i shut down so i can remote start.

I would try to get it fixed ASAP (either by deleting or having the dealer look at it) just to be safe, but I don't think it will actually hurt anything...could go into reduced power mode, though.

So going to work this morning the service exaust fluid light and message comes on. Made it home with out limping otherwise truck would be dead on side of road full of .40 holes. Took into dealer today DEF pump bad. Pump alone $900. Dealer can not get just the pump due to backorder. Will sell whole tank for $1200. Guess that was the little push i needed to delete. Time to see if i can get an exhaust locally. Can I just take to exhaust shop and have dpf cut off and pipe welded in, if i cant get a delete pipe soon enough. Any thoughts or should I just wait til i can get an exhaust, just get a rental til i can delete.

You can replace the DPF with a straight pipe. Just make sure to disconnect all the sensors in the factory exhaust and DEF tank. Also, be sure to unplug the EGR stuff under the hood. And, as you probably know, make sure to tune the truck prior to driving it after you do this. I am assuming you already have an unlock code from H&S, correct?
