| I've gone and done it.. Blew up my LML Yup, that's right, it's toast. I'm not sure what exactly failed, but my best guess is I either cracked or melted a piston or maybe multiple. I have an H&S Black Maxx and did the DPF/urea delete along with a Snow water/methanol injection kit. The truck ran amazing for about 10k miles. Mileage went from 12-14 mpg to 20 - 26 mpg empty and from 8 mpg to 12-14 mpg towing my 19k trailer cross country. I always watch my EGTs and other temps and usually don't run the hottest tune. So I was towing my trailer on a flat highway and all of a sudden lost power and started misfiring. Pulled over, decided to limp it to the next exit, and blew most of the engine oil out the dipstick tube on the way there. The truck has only 24k total miles on it and is sitting at the dealer waiting for me to decide what to do with it. The dealer tried to get GM to warranty it and GM shut them down cold and told me to piss off. They refused to tear down the engine and have no diagnosis other then the engine has "a problem." I fully understand and take responsibility if I did the damage, but I also know that under the Magnuson-Moss act it is on them to prove that what I did to the truck caused the failure. It seems to me that they should at least have to tear down the engine and demonstrate that what I did killed it. I'm totally fine with rebuilding the engine myself since I have my own shop and build custom vehicles for a living. Heck, I was planning on tearing it down myself and building a monster when the warranty was up anyway. It just bugs me that they are so blatantly blowing me off without even looking at the engine. I am feeling that need to force the issue and run it through the courts to at least make them prove it. I think I should at least push them a bit further and make them think about this a bit. If I killed it, fine, but if I didn't, they need to pony up. And at least I can get them to think a bit more before blowing the next guy off. With that explanation, anyone have any suggestions on where to go with this or experience poking at the big guy in the past? So far, I am going to file complaints with the FTC, the Colorado Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau. I'm currently looking for some legal representation to run this through the courts since I'm not crazy enough to think I can do it myself.

| Swap it for an entire lmm swtup so you can tune it with efi live and get safe power out of it
