Couple questions! and problems

I just installed a fass 150 on my truck and I didnt notice a change at all! is there anyway to check the output pressure on the pump?

Also My buddys truck with the same mods seemed to smoke alot more than mine only difference is i have the xrt he has the mini max. I havnt changed my fuel filter recently would this effect power?

The lift pump doesn't do anything for power. All it does is remove air from fuel, separate water and push fuel to the pump thus getting rid of the problem with draining fuel rails when running the hot 150hp tune. That's the only time you will know its there. What setting is your xrt on?

Basically correct, all of this essentially adds up to recovering lost power, so in a way you will get power by running a liftpump. Losing fuel rail pressure to an extent is normal, but there becomes a point where to much fuel rail pressure lost Wot will make your truck lose power.
