That's one thing I'd like to know. Do up pipes do much for these? And does a 3" intercooler pipe make a diff. I've searched everywhere and there are no hard facts on either of them

For the last time. NO. They aren't needed. There are tons of trucks running around with mucho horsepower and stock up pipes.

as for the 3'' charge pipe i feel like it made a little different with the way the pulls down low but I put everything on at the same time so i don't know 100%.

Power, well, probably a little. I think Rick over at Pro Flo can account for some ponies, but the big thing is lowered EGT.
No kidding, I am seeing 100 degrees less all the time with his manifolds and up pipes installed. Considering the very poor design of the LML stuff, the improvement in EGT related engine safety margin is important and significant.
Then there is als that big robust sound!
