so outa curiosity... will it harm anything to run it that way untill they send a new tube? i have the 13 as well and got the wrong kit but its -4* outside and i dont want to do it all over again. and what is the actual function of that sensor? really a 2nd maf?

Man I just took the tube off and got a drill bit that's the same width of the sensor. Drill out a straight line add a little silicone and stuck the sensor in. Works like a champ

Also alligator came through again. Mailed a new intake tube no questions asked. Still have switched them yet tho the one I made works perfect!

I thought about doing yhat but id hate for them not to exchange it because I drilled it lol. Oilfield trash.. you out here in the good ol nd?

Man they just sent me a new tube. No exchange. And I haven't even put it on yet cause what I did looks fine and works. And na I'm in midland Odessa area right now

Has anyone had an issue with a afe intake and throwing a check engine light?? Within 5 miles the light came on. I didn't oil the filter but I installed the condom for it.

Anyone have this problem or thoughts??

2011 Chevy Silverado 2500HD LML LTZ, 15% Tint
OEM running boards, tow mirrors
AFE cold air intake, PPEI Autocal, Edge Insight CTS, 4" AFE exhaust w/muffler, Cognito UCAs and rough country keys on 275/65/20 Terra Grapplers, RC tie rod sleeves and steering stabilizer

Wish list:
Lift Pump, Possibly color match front and rear & Ranch hand brush guard

SDP 3" Y bridge, 5" intake. DRP S475/stock charger kit. fleece powerflow750 4"downpipe and charge pipes. drp driver side charge pipe, drp fuel sump
5" mbrp full dp back straight exhaust, mbrp 5-6" tip, fass150 titanium. all egr system removed. pcv re route, ppe manifolds and up pipes, custom tunes by kory, efi live
fuel throttle 20x10 wheels on 35x12.5's. zone shocks, ZONE 5" lift turned down for flat cvs.
cognito PISkit. rough country tie rod sleeves,
bds ladder traction bars, removed side mouldings. home made rbp grill, home made spyder head rack
