As far as the truck, I would go through ALL fluids and put in synthetic oil, syn trans fluid in transfer case and change the spin on filter for tranny. I wouldn't worry about axles or anti-freeze yet.
Tires, if they are passenger, I wouldn't drive another mile unless it was to the local tire dealer. You should be running load range E with a psi of 80. I run a D rated tire but I've gone up to the 285 size and actually have more load capacity than stock.
Again, I would change those tires out first.
