The hitch you are talking about is the Reece Signature Series slider. You can buy the rail kit that goes under the bed and only leaves four holes in the bed when you pull the hitch out. They give you four rubber plugs that go in the holes and you can't even tell a hitch even goes in the bed. I have one and love it.
I have see the pullrite in a shop and it is very nice, but boy is it expensive.
