| Hello and welcome to the forum!!
I had a 285/75/16 which are bigger than a 265 on my stock wheels and they did fine. So I would say leaving the stock wheels are ok.
For the tire monitering system. I think all it does is check the tire pressure so as long as you take it to actual tire shop or dealership thats delt with them you should be fine.
My 285's killed my gas mileage. However, im looking into a 265 for my next tire because I think it will be close to the fuel mileage I got with the 245's
