You'll get a tiny bit of sound by getting rid of the stock muffler, but it's nothing like a gas truck where you take off the muffler and it's loud! It will be barely louder than with the muffler at best. Your best bet for sound and performance is to get rid of the cat (unless you have to pass inspections) and do a turbo back exhaust.

Like Tyler said, you don't really need an intake. The stock one flows very well, and can support 500hp with no modifications.
