If its blowing a fuse it has a short to ground somewhere. DO NOT install a bigger fuse. This will cause even more problems. You need to check under the underhood fuse block for animal intrusion. This is a common place for them to eat stuff up. Automotive wires are made with peanut oil when produced this is why animals are attracted to them. Hope this helps.
