Ok so I finally got to the filter tonight. I changed it and drove it around for a few miles and checked for leaks and everything was good. I got on it from a complete stop and nothing. Just took off and once it hit second gear you could hear the tires starting to lose grip but the road I was on was not really smooth either. I watched the boost and when it hit fourth it held 22psi for a few moments and then I looked away before it changed. So boost seems to be ok.

I just remember that when this kit was first put on you could punch it from a stop and it would spin the tires in first easily.

Here is a question for you. IS the computer a learning computer? What I mean is my subaru sti computer learns what it likes and does not like over time. Its senses knock and all that other good stuff. If I get a tank of fuel that is not up to par for the tune that I am running the car will start to pull timing from the motor to protect it. That timing is added back as the computer feels comfortable with the car running more. It also gives that timing back very very slowly. A quick way to get it back to the set tuning parameters is to reset the ecu and that way it goes right back to what my tuner specified it to run at. Then of course it will go through its learning process again.

Is there anything like that with these trucks?
