| My 03 had two sets of injectors before I bought it at 45K miles. I use to I have had it two years and it now has 88K on it. I use to run Diesel Kleen in every tank but changed to Amsoil last year and I did actually notice it run quieter with it. Now, the only "Issues" I have had are in the winter on the coldest of days IF and ONLY IF I neglect to add some for a tank or two I start to get some blue smoke at idle. However, once I pour more in the tank it clears up pretty quick. Kind of weird how it has worked for me. But, I also have hauled some pretty major heavy loads with this truck for MANY miles and running empty I have seen 24.5 mpg highway. ((6spd manual tranny, Banks 6-gun level 3)) |
