If you are going to do your own, you need grinding tools, suitable heat resistance reducer coupling and clamps, saw (band saw helps) and a few hours to research so that you don't make the common mistakes in this project.

I have IOH kits in stock now, with a 15 minute install, and no hassles.
Hacksaw, couple wrenches, and a few beers then. Had mine done and pcv taken care of in 30 minutes.
